Intermediate is based on mini squash and they will learn all the basic shots, rules and play squash games. It is still based on having fun games and learning further movement skills. Beginners above age 6 would start here.

Advanced  takes them to competition level learning more technical skills and game tactics. Developing their skill level to lead them up to senior squash level. Whilst the sessions are still built around having fun there is a greater element of carrying out the squash drills required to get to squad level.

Squad Selected players will be able to play for Gedling Gladiators a competitive squad to represent Gedling Junior Club  county level. This will involve extra training to the Saturday morning session.
